Return Policy

We want you to have the best experience when using our site and products and sincerely hope that you are happy with your purchase at! In the event that a product you received from us is not what you expected, you are free to return it within 30 days (exclusions apply). Below are steps to follow and more information explaining the return guidelines and process as well as products that are exempt from being returned:

  • Contact us here to get an RMA number. Before we can process a return, we need to verify that the purchase was made on and was purchased within the last 30 days. We are always happy to help with any concerns, but after 30 days all sales are final. Once this information is verified, we will issue an RMA number.
  • Once you have the RMA number, write it on the original receipt that came with your package. This receipt along with the returned product needs to be included in the package when you ship it back to us.

Credits and Charges

Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs when shipping a package back to If you received free shipping with your order, we will issue a full refund minus a $4.99 shipping charge. We do not charge a restocking fee. You will receive a full refund to the payment source originally used.

Damaged Items / Incorrect Orders

If you receive your package and an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, we must be notified within 7 days in order to correct the issue.

Just send us a message here to let us know the problem along with your order number. Once we process your claim, we will issue an RMA number to you and also a shipping label to return the item. When we receive the returned item, a replacement item will be shipped to you.

Please note: This policy is for physical products and non-custom products only. Digital downloads and custom items are not eligible for return or refund.
